If we have misread a label, tell us with evidence and we will check it. A fair correction is made and published.

What happens after you send the form:

  1. We read your evidence and compare it with the pack or an official source.
  2. If we misread the label or applied the method wrongly, we re-score and publish the change on the corrections log.
  3. If the score follows the published method correctly, it stays, and we tell you why.
  4. Disagreeing with the method itself is not grounds to change a score. Suggestions about the method are welcome and are considered for a future version, on the changelog.

Nothing in a dispute can buy a different score. See the editorial independence policy.
