We collect very little. This page lists all of it, and how to have it deleted.
What you can do without giving us anything
You can read every rating without an account, an email or a phone number. CleanPlate does not sell personal data and does not show advertising.
What we collect, and why

We do not ask for health information today. If we add features that do, we will ask for your clear consent first, collect only what the feature needs, and let you delete it in one step.
Who else handles the data
- Supabase stores our database, in Mumbai.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides basic traffic analytics.
- Google Analytics measures traffic. It sets cookies in your browser. You can block them in your browser settings.
Each handles data for us under its own terms. We share nothing else with anyone, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Feedback and requests are kept while we are acting on them and for up to two years after, then deleted. Emails are deleted when you ask. Analytics data follows Google's and Vercel's retention settings.
Your rights under the DPDP Act, 2023
You may ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, or withdraw consent you gave. Use the contact form, say what you want, and give the email you used. We reply within 30 days. If we have not resolved it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Children
The site is written for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and we say what changed on the corrections log.
